Mimic
Stage 1: Can take on one physical feature of someone, if it has been touched. Feature is stored in memory. Can use the Stage 1 Ability of a target, as long as they are in view (only one at a time).
Stage 2: Can take on one physical feature of someone, as long as said person has been seen. Feature is stored in memory. Can use the Stage 2 Ability of a target, as long as they are in view (only one at a time).
Stage 3: Can turn into someone who has been seen before. Information is stored in memory. Can use the Stage 3 Ability of a target, as long as they are in view (only one at a time).

Chameleon: Can turn into an object that has been physical touched. Can also blend into surroundings, so as to become invisible. Must be holding still.

Split
Stage 1: Can split body into two. Each has a mental link to the other. Pain, etc is shared. One body can be abandoned at any time.
Stage 2: Can split body into three. Each has a mental link to the others. Pain, etc is shared. A body can be abandoned at any time.
Stage 3: Can split body into four. Each has a mental link to the others. Pain, etc is shared. A body can be abandoned at any time.

Weaken
Stage 1: While in direct physical contact, the strength and durability of things are reduced by half.
Stage 2: While in direct physical contact, the strength and durability of things are reduced by 3/4.
Stage 3: While in direct physical contact, the strength and durability of objects is reduced to that of paper, and other things are reduced to 1/8th.


Name of Ability: Mental Plant
Description: The ability to plant ideas in the minds of others.
When using his powers [name]'s body glows a very dim blue, and his eyes' turn solid gas blue.

Level 1
[name] projects an aura of insignificance, which causes people to overlook him. They will notice him being there, but he won't register anymore than as part of the room. People tend to move around him though, so he never has any trouble going through the halls. This is only circumvented if someone starts out trying to notice him, he calls attention to himself, or he actively overrides the effects for someone or everyone. Additionally, he can implant ideas in peoples minds. The ideas act as suggestions, generally only working for small things, and are less likely to work on someone with a strong will. (Read: PCs can ignore it, or have the effect reduced, if your LAME and can't take it) Successful suggestions usually take the form of things like 'you are so embarrassed right now' or 'you are really angry' 'you are not angry at all' 'wow, look at that person, they are so attractive'.

Level 2
Suggestions become a bit harder to resist at this level. Additionally, [name] can now suggest the existence, or non existence of things to people, such as 'I am sitting in my seat, and not wandering around the halls' or 'wow, this test was done perfectly', or suggest the appearance of things like 'that person looks like so and so' or 'holyshitthatsagun'

Level 3
The aura of insignificance is strong enough that he will only be noticed if he wants someone to.
Suggestion of Ideas/Existence/Appearance are stronger now.
[Name] can now suggestion physical presence. Where before, he could make it seem like he had a gun, now he can make it feel like a gun is pressing up against someone's back.
