Sonya Makarov	Gym class. it was quite possibly the only subject she enjoyed. Anything else and she would barely even try. She didn't care about her grades, she wasn't here to learn, after all. She was hear to get away from her overbearing parents, and so far that had worked like a charm. But gym...gym, she was good at. Gym, she liked. In gym, she was dominating. Her rather athletic and ripped physique was a clear statement of that. She wasn't just thin, she was in quite possibly the best condition out of all these other pudgy students. Fat? What was fat? It had no unnecessary place on her body. A mere two percent of the healthy kind of fat (not taking her breasts into account), and the rest was all muscle. That was the one good thing her lifestyle had given her, this body. And what was on the agenda today for class? Swimming. She could do swimming. She didn't even have to get changed; her normal gym attire doubled as a swimsuit. At least she'd be getting a good work out today...she wondered how many laps around the pool she could do in an hour.

Hayabusa Enya	"Well, best shape of my life is definitely a condition that I'd enjoy being in", Enya admitted as he grabbed some soap and began to scrub himself over. At least the conversation was seeming to work. "Any other minor tips you wanna give me while we're chatting?"

Sonya Makarov	"Just remember to stick to a strict work out schedule," she said, while undoing the braids in her hair to allow it flow freely. She took this opportunity to then wash her hair with shampoo, making sure to get all of it. There was quite a lot after all. "Even outside what we do together, you should be making sure to exercise on a regular basis, as much as you can. And eat right, don't be a pig."

Hayabusa Enya	"Alright, that all sounds simple enough for me to handle", Enya said as he continued to wash himself up. After all, that's how most work outs and diets worked right? Just don't be stupid with your choices. "Thanks Sonya", he said as he finished up the last of his washing.

Sonya Makarov	You're welcome." Sonya nodded again, finishing up the last of her washing. When she finally felt properly cleaned, she reached forward and turned the water off, standing there a moment and letting the heavy water run off her body, while also wringing out her hair. Then, she walked out of the stall and back to the main locker room area, where she sat down on the center bench and took a clean wash cloth she'd brought with her to start drying herself off, starting with her arms and working down.

Hayabusa Enya	Enya was continuing to let the water fall over his body as Sonya suddenly walked out and past him. It was like she didn't even see him exist. He couldn't help but get a nice view, how could you not after all. It was Sonya. He quickly grabbed a towel and covered up the lower part of his body. What was going on down there was something that he could never let her see. She'd probably..............he didn't even want to think what she'd do to him in her anger.

Sonya Makarov	Sonya continued drying herself with the washcloth, rubbing it along her chest now, and working down her abdomen, then her more intimate areas, and then further to her legs. She wasn't paying any attention to Enya's current state; she hadn't even noticed that his shower had stopped running and that he was on his way into the locker room area. When he came out into the same room, he'd see her there sitting on the bench, one leg raised up on it and leaning forward to dry the water from her calf muscle.

Hayabusa Enya	Enya glanced around the corner to where Sonya was drying herself, seeing that she wasn't paying him any mind at all. It was only as he was staring at her that a thought crossed his mind. She didn't seem that shy about him seeing anything, so why would he feel bad about it? It's not like he was shy of the way he looked after all. Plus, you never know, maybe she'd like what she saw. After drying himself off all over he moved into the locker room and past the area where Sonya was, walking over to where he had left his clothes in the first place before beginning to put his shirt back on.

Sonya Makarov	Sonya gave him only a passing glance as he walked by her, a normal reaction to when someone walks in front of you. She quickly turned her attention back to herself, until finally she had dried herself off enough to get her clothes back on. Standing up, she held her hands to her back, arcing it and stretching it out for a moment while yawning. She stretched then to the left, the right, and then forwards, all to relieve the last bit of tension in her joints, unaware of any showing she might be giving Enya. Only then did she turn back to her pile of clothes and start reaching for her underwear.

Hayabusa Enya	Enya glanced back only briefly, seeing that Sonya seemed to be paying him no attention. Well, that bit him right in the ass of his pride. That was unfortunate. He just bit down on his lip before pulling on the rest of his clothes. Hey, if she didn't mind he might as well get a full look. He turned towards her. "So what are you going to go do now Sonya?"

Sonya Makarov	"Hm?" Sonya uttered, glancing up at Enya as he turned towards her and asked her a question. She grabbed her underwear, then turned back towards him, now offering the full view he had been looking for. She didn't proceed to continue getting dressed just yet, folding her arms over her chest and shrugging. "Eh, probably just going home, I think. I am rather hungry, so I suppose I'll be eating something, then maybe going to bed."

Hayabusa Enya	Enya just tried to keep as straight a face as possible as she turned to him, something that he hadn't truly expected actually. "Sounds like a good plan", Enya said as he leaned up against the lockers behind him and crossed his arms. "I hope that goes well for you Sonya. And I also hope you enjoy the parts of the break you spend by yourself"

Sonya Makarov	Sony nodded again, though gave another small shrug. It's not like eating dinner by herself and then going to sleep wouldn't go well for it. Unless she blew up the stove trying to cook meatloaf or something, she doubted anything catastrophic would happen. "Well, thanks then," she said, now finally reaching down to step into her panties and slide them up into place. She carefully adjusted them, then reached back for her sports bra. She never did wear regular bras, mostly because she was always working out, so she always needed the extra support. Plus, they were more comfortable than regular bras. "I... hope you enjoy your free time as well."

"As hard as it might be to believe I don't really get out on the town that much or anything like that", he said honestly. "I mostly just stick to doing my own thing and wait for the time to pass, it's a pretty boring lifestyle I admit but it works I suppose"

She proceeded to put on the rest of her clothes and then started for the door to the locker room. "In any case, I'll see you back here again tomorrow night and we can continue with your training."

Hayabusa Enya	Enya gave a simple nod. "Well, perhaps something exciting will happen. Ya never know", he said as he watched Sonya finish changing. Short and sweet, how tragic. "Well, I'll meet ya here tomorrow at the same time", he said as he started to head out as well. "Later Sonya, and take care" he said before leaving the school behind him. More training here tomorrow? If that meant more frontal shots that was fine with Enya.

Sonya Makarov	The next day, Sonya and Enya were ocne again practicing back in the gymnaisum. This time, she was teaching him the knees strike, which involved grabbing the opponent by the shoulders and pulling them down into an upwards knee. The combined force of bringing your knee up to the chest and pulling them down into the strike could reach two and a half tons, enough to lift a car. Not that you'd actually want to drive your knee into a car, because, well, that would hurt. It was a devastating strike that, if done correctly, could cripple the opponent for the rest of the fight. As per the usual, she had showed it to him first by practicing it on him, and so he would hopefully now realize just how devastating the strike could be. After, she had showed it to him on the dummy, which he would be practicing it on until, like usual, he would attempt it on her. "Alright, do you think you got that?" she asked him, after showing him the strike several more times.

Hayabusa Enya	Enya was still catching his breath after the train wreck that was Sonya's knee had collided with him. God that hurt, and it was far more devastating than it looked on the movies. After regaining his breath he focused on watching Sonya perform the technique several more times. It seemed like it'd be easy enough for him to get down with practice. It didn't have quite the aiming specialty that the last move had, this one seemed all about power. "I think so, just give me twenty minutes or so to see if I can get it down", Enya said as he moved towards the dummy, working on synchronizing his hands pulling the body down and launching his knee upwards.

Sonya Makarov	Sonya nodded at him again as he began to work on the dummy, then gradually began her own work outs, once again stripped down to nothing but a sports bra and excessively short athletic shorts, more like hotpants really. She started by jogging around the edge of the gym, though she grew a bit distracted before she really got into it. A flash of light outside the window grabbed her attention, causing her to go up to it and look out. A sound of thunder followed, and then a few stray raindrops pattered against the glass. "Hmm...looks like a storm," she muttered to herself, watching the weather pick up. Well, not much they could do about it now. They were fine in here for the time being.

Hayabusa Enya	Enya decided to work solely on the technique this time. Trying to glance over at Sonya wouldn't bare as much fruit as he'd enjoy. After all she hadn't even taken five seconds to look at him. He was just a pupil to her. He glanced over at the mention of the storm, already seeing the results of it first hand after all. "Well, maybe it'll end before too long and we won't have to head our separate ways in the rain", he said before continuing to focus on his knee strikes. He was gaining more confidence, he felt like he was learning this one a little bit faster than last time. Perhaps it was just easier to learn though.

Sonya Makarov	Sonya continued looking out the window for several more moments, a little more concerned about it than Enya seemed to be. In mere minutes, the weather had gone from calm to quite the storm. Lightning, thunder, and now driving rain. With any luck, it wouldn't last that long, but if it kept up, and if it became even stronger, then it wasn't anything they would be able to bike home in. Not only that, but according to the weather channel this morning, they were supposed to have had clear skies all day. So then, where had this storm come from? It left a curious, concerned thought at the back of her head as she turned away from the window and finally got going with her work out.

Hayabusa Enya	As perviously stated, Enya was not the Einstein of his time period. If a storm was here it was here, that was the only thought that came to his mind. All he could do was adapt and move forward. They'd just ride the storm out till the calm. That was the best thing to do. "I think I have it down Sonya", he said as he glanced over to where she was working out. "I'm ready to try it out on you if you're at a decent stopping point"

Sonya Makarov	"Just a couple minutes," Sonya said, finishing up the last of her sit ups. After another couple of series, she let out a deep breath and lay flat against the floor, breathing deeply. her skin shined with a thin layer of sweat now coating her body. A couple minutes later, she hopped back up to her feet and walked over to Enya, standing in front of him and waiting for the strike. "Alright, give it a try," she said with a nod. "And remember not to hold back."

Hayabusa Enya	Enya continued to move his body around in several stretching positions, wanting to feel as loose as he could for when Sonya came for the attack. Once she was finished and made her way over to him he listened to her last word of advice. "Don't worry, I haven't forgotten the first time", Enya said before suddenly grabbing her by both shoulders to smash her down before bringing his knee up to deliver the hopefully successful blow.

Sonya Makarov	Sonya braced herself for the blow, allowing Enya to grab her and pull her down into his rising knee strike. She let out a low 'oof' as the knee drove into her chest. She recoiled sharply, staggering backwards and holding a hand to the center of her chest, coughing and wheezing. She took a few minutes to recover, coughing into her hand until she could finally catch her breath. "That was...good," she uttered, nodding her head. She felt like she'd just been hit by a truck, which was exactly how it was supposed to feel. "Really good. Now, do it again. See if you can get it to hit harder this time."

Hayabusa Enya	Enya watched as Sonya took the time that she needed to recover from the blow. He was surprised, if Sonya needed to take time to recover than it must be a good technique! He smiled slightly to himself before hearing her next instructions. "Alright I can do that", Enya said before walking towards her again. He waited for a moment before once again grabbing her shoulders and attempting the technique once again, this time yelling as he launched the strike in an attempt to place more energy into the blow.
