History

Chameleon got his powers like anyone else, but instead of ignoring the applications, it went strait to his head and now he's starting to become even more powerful, orgnizing students that even start to feel the same way as he does. He will be a major player in the days to come as he forms his own faction the Secret Society. A secret society so secret it lacks even a name, or he hasnt thought of one yet. It's members work incongnito and have a hand in several major school events and clubs, and are passively recruiting individuals with powers.

Description:

Stage 1
The Chameleon looks and sounds the way his target does even being able to carry the objects he knows that person has. He moves like they do, he talks like they do. He is indistinguishable from a that person, and all he needs to do is touch them, to be able to take their form, including their physical abliity stats.

Stage 2- Locked
As above but includes Empathy, where Chameleon can read the emotions of people within very close range of himself, usually 10 or 12 feet. This helps him sway people to his cause and root out lairs within the group or scout for people who do have powers.

Stage 3- Locked
As Above but includes the ablitiy to Copy one person's within 30 feet's power up to the stage it was used, until Chameleon sleeps or takes on another power, he can use this power in whichever form he choses.
