This tale about Maximus is not a happy one nor is it a pleasant one, Maximus lived an ordinary life till he was about five years old before he was taken from everything he knew and was dropped into the farthest depths of hell, to fight and survive by fighting, he was set from home to home as his father was unknown to him and his mother was killed in a drive by shooting.. Maximus has lived his life since the age of five baptized in the art of war for both blood and death, he has no fears as he's faced them all as he thinks fear of as a weakness. Maximus has been adopted several times, his first adoptive parent was a single female staff sergeant for the Canadian armed forces who helped train him in one form of defense, his other adoptive parents we're American, the father worked for the C.I.A and taught Maximus a few of his skills about espionage.
Every single one of Maximus's parents seemed to have something to teach him and they all benefited him, but his misfortune was that they all kept having unfortunate accidents due to work or issues at home with their family. Maximus was finally pulled into a family at the age of sixteen where all his fighting stopped thankfully due to his age nearing the legal age limit. Maximus now lives with a some what rich family that live in Japan, the head of the house is a samurai go figure, Maximus has found himself in a new home with a new combat experienced master of the sword. But while living in Japan and attending this new academy his step-father enrolled him in a new power lays dormant within Maximus that is slowly awakening to the fire of his passion for the violence of battle as it seems. How strong will Maximus truly become with his newly awakening power is a mystery.

This technique is truly a mystery as it gives Maximus a mysterious control over fire, not controlling it like magic or anything of that sort but how it looks like he breathes the fire into existence. He also has a strange ability to eat flames as well which is very mysterious as it oddly restores his exhaustion but the only catch about this is it can't be his fire or it doesn't restore a single ounce of his exhaustion.
Stage two
The flames can be used to propel his body from the force of the flames that sit about his hands like a jet engine to propel a jet, simply by increasing the pressure output the fire will allow for flight. |

| I'd say probably take out the jet propulsion part of his ability and save that for part of his stage 2.
I also have to wonder where these students of a prestigious high school, most of whom live on campus in the dorms, are getting so many damn firearms... | |

| I was actually thinking of Maximus living off campus as his step-father lives close by
and okay stage 2 for flight with fire. | |
