History

Kensai is the son of a U.S. Naval officer stationed in japan who retired, and married a young Miyo Yamamoto, and after taking her last name settled down into japanese society. Kensai was always bigger and stronger than his fellow japanese students, and for a long while in grade-school he was a bully, but soon after his father enrolled him in Karate to have him learn disipline, he learned it, and how to keep a cool head when insulted as a foreigner. As the transition to middleschool happened, soon Kensai out of the woodwork became popular. He turned his superior physical skills into athletecism, signing up for every sport he could get his hands on, and excelling at all of them, soon becoming the middleschools sports superstar.

Then came highschool. With his abilities nowhere near their bounds Kensai prospered pushing his abilities to their limits, earning places on varsity teams in his first year. Mens Swimming, Kendo, Football, American Football, Baseball. Everything the school had to offer. Even keeping a B+ average on his grades, and voulenteering at a local dojo.

Then Senior year rolled around. Everything seemed to change around Kensai, he seemed even more laid back, not signing up for any teams at all. Only taking the job of Class Representative on the student council after alot of peer preassure, practically everyone in his class. He was near the field for the night of the mysterious explosion. What he was doing there remains a mystery. He still hasnt revealed his powers to anyone.

Name of Ability: Psionic Storm
Description: Manifested as light-blue-lightning controlled by the mind. It can be used alone, channeled around the user, or channeled through a metal weapon or object. The power of the lightning is dependant on Kensai's mental focus, emotions, situations, and atmospheric conditions can impede or strengthen the lightning to be everything from a bad static shock, to that of full fledged lightning in the rarest occasion, with the best conditions present.
