Personality: A mad scientist whose crazed personality would be just as dangerous with Michi's if her obsession wasn't with sharp and pointy objects. Instead she seems even more dangerous as she rambles on about dissecting any random thing that seems interesting to her, including people. Her attempts seem playful and halfhearted and so far she hasn't actually succeeded in dissecting any students or fellow teachers so she's been allowed to stay, but she's the one to watch out for upon arriving to the school and is usually the first warning given.

Contrary to what one may believe, her classes can be quite fun and interesting with her off the wall teaching methods and it's almost guaranteed that something interesting will happen in every period. She's both a school nightmare and a student favorite all in the same package and despite constant trouble she's managed to keep her ass out of the flames of unemployment.

History

Not much to say here. Natsume was likely just the product of rich parents that were never home and she slowly gained a wide variety of complexes and personality disorders. With so much time on her hands she spent a good portion of her time studying and reading, home schooling herself with some minor help from tutors hired by her parents. Finding a career as a teacher was simple with all her credentials and the fact that she was able to blab off facts only a rocket scientist could possibly comprehend. Why did she become a teacher? Not even she knows. It seemed like a good idea at the time.

Abilities

Name of Ability: Mad World

Stage 1

Description: Natsume gains small nozzles on her forearms that are capable of controlling air pressure and direction to either blow away or suck in a target and anything around them. It can also fire balls of concentrated air that pack the wallop of a major league fastball pitch.

Stage 2

Description: The nozzles grow to a larger size (about the size of her arm) and gain more of a cross formation, allowing the blasts to be further concentrated into slicing winds capable of cleaving through many materials including human bone. Hurricane winds can also be generated for lasting periods instead of the short bursts of stage 1.

Stage 3

Description: Natsume is surrounded by a sphere with various nozzles pointing left, right, up, down, forward, backward and in each diagonal. She floats within the center in zero gravity as the sphere hovers off the ground. It allows for a nigh impenetrable defense while also offering an impressive offense. Despite it's unwieldy appearance it moves at high speeds and retains all the abilities of the previous two stages. Natsume constantly brags about the 'Mad World Destruction Explosion' technique she can supposedly use with this, but no one has ever seen it before and most believe it doesn't even exist.
